HI FRIENDS!

My career began in 2012 in Vermont, I was a stylist there (at the same salon) for 9.5 years until my husband and I decided to sell it all and move to East Tennessee on a whim. (Crazy I know 😅)

To start over in this industry isn’t easy, especially after that much time, establishing a full clientele and then moving 1000+ miles away. However it was hands down one of the best career moves I could have ever made.

I’ve been with Amanda Maddox Salon for the last 3.5 years and in that time I have become an educator for new stylist joining our team. I get to share my expertise with the next generation while styling my clients.

In the spring of 2024 I went to New York City and became the salon's first Redken Ambassador. I now receive monthly products, and get first hand updates and trainings straight from Redken. What this means for you - a first hand look into new trends and styles and up to date product knowledge! The more I learn, the more I get to share. Which I don’t take lightly. I think one of the most important parts of my job is educating my guests on products and tools to help make styling at home easier.
